Zonal Connect Product Import Permissions - CXE-1143

New user operations have been added to the Zonal Connect Product Importer, this is to allow Zonal Admin users to control how product data is imported from Zonal Connect

Can see the 'Integration Settings' button on the Zonal Connect Importer page:

A user that has this permission will be able to view and edit the integrations settings to import data from Zonal Connect. This should only be given to Zonal Admin users.

Can see the 'Import' button on the Zonal Connect Importer page:

A user that has this permission will be able to view and import product data from Zonal Connect. This should only be given to Zonal Admin users.

Can see the 'Import Options' button on the Zonal Connect Importer page:

A user that has this permission will be able to view and import certain product types data from Zonal Connect. This should only be given to Zonal Admin users.

 

Restrict your sites from finalising their stock periods - CXE-1144

A new user operation has been added to allow admin users to define if user groups can finalise their stock periods:

This permission will allow a user to be able to finalise their stock period.

 

Control which supplier product catalogues are sent to Acquire - CXE-1146

Improved control on how product catalogues are sent to Acquire. This will benefit customers that are migrating from Aztec to Aztec+ Stocks.

If a customer wishes to send product catalogues from Zonal Menu Manager / Enterprise you will need to ensure the following is configured in the following applications:

Enterprise Admin

Once a Acquire Company Id has been added to the Enterprise, 'Acquire product catalogue' should be enabled. Once this is done you will then have to enable it for each supplier.

If either of these described fields are disabled the automatic overnight send, or manual option will be available.

 

Stock Admin

Each supplier that a customer wishes to send product catalogues to Acquire will need the following setting enabled. When disabled, it will not send the product catalogue to Acquire overnight and the "Send Product Catalogue to Acquire" button will be removed from view.

614203	Stock	Suggested Orders	Fixed applied to ensure forecasted sales days are applied when creating a suggested order.
620842	Stock	Stock Count	Stock count buttons on the stock count pages will now display correctly regardless of what options are available to your user group.
621102	Stock	Stock Count	When navigating between profit centres or cost centres the stock count category and supplier filters will now reset.
633351	Stock	Stock Count	The intermittent issue where cyclic stock counts are cleared after a page refresh has been corrected.
632548	APIS	Allergens	The Allergens API was inconsistent to the result of recipe when a recipe was being built, this has now been resolved and is consistent with the recipes results.
